Emblem Description:
In a green shield, a silver deer, equipped with a golden armour, strutting on a silver hillock between two deciduous trees is depicted.
Flag Description:
A green sheet with a white strutting deer, equipped with a yellow armour, and two white oblique strips leading from the second sixth of the flagpole edge to the second sixth of the top edge and from the fifth sixth of the lower edge to the third fourth of the flying edge. The triangular fields in the top corner and lower tip are yellow. The sheet width-to-length ratio is 2:3.
